Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

Mr Yokeswaran Kisnakeethan's cousin, Mr Balasingham Bavan, was arrested by the Sri Lankan Army on 2009 and subsequently subjected to enforced disappearance. Since then, his whereabouts have remained unknown. Despite the family’s continued efforts to obtain information about his fate, they have received no answers. Mr Yokeswaran Kisnakeethan and his family continue to seek truth, accountability, and justice.
