Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

Mr Rasenthiran Kajistan’s cousin, Mr Rasiah Thamilvanan, was arrested by the Sri Lankan Army on 29 April 2009 and subsequently subjected to enforced disappearance. Since then, his whereabouts have remained unknown. Despite the family’s continued efforts to obtain information about his fate, they have received no answers. Mr Rasenthiran Kajistan and his family continue to seek truth, accountability, and justice.
