Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

Mrs. Nilany Santhiraparman's cousin, Mr. Kodesvaran Thiraviyam, was forcibly arrested and made to disappear by the Sri Lankan Army in 2009. Since then, his whereabouts remain unknown, and their family continues to fight for justice.
