Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

Mr. Parmilan Paraneetharan's uncle, Mr. Packiyarasa Pirasanna, was a member of the LTTE and surrendered to the Sri Lankan Army at the end of the war in May 2009. Since then, his whereabouts remain unknown, and their family continues to fight for justice.
