Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

Mr. Abinash Dhileeban's cousin, Mr. Muththusaamithevar Kanagalingam, was forcibly disappeared by the Sri Lankan Army during the last war in 2009. Since then, his whereabouts remain unknown, and their family continues to fight for justice.
