Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

My nephew Suntharalingam Nimalan, who has been missing since the final stages of the Sri Lankan civil war, surrendered to the Sri Lankan army on March 19, 2009, at Mullivaillal. Despite multiple attempts to trace his whereabouts, we have been unable to receive any information about his fate or location. He was a member of the LTTE.
