Association of Exiled Relatives of the Enforced Disappeared in Srilanka-U.K

Mr. Vageesan Visagaratnam's cousin, Sivaruban Laxmanan, was disappeared by the Sri Lankan Army during the final war in 2009. Since then, his whereabouts have remained unknown, and their family continues to fight for justice.
